Really nice spot in a pretty cool part of town
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything is pretty new and well maintained. I like that it’s new while having the facade of an old building so that it doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb. George is a solid landlord and really nice guy. Noise isn’t bad. Proximity to G train is great. Cool bars and restaurants around.
Cons:
A little sketchy at night at times. Living on a busy street isn’t always ideal. Bad bike storage.
Advice to owner:
Get covered (or indoor) bike storage. Would be a game changer.
