shady landlord dirty building

the building is in a good area but that is it

landlord is shady as fuck and tried to get me to find him tenants for different units in the building when i was moving out. i withheld last month’s rent because i had a feeling he would not give me my deposit back. in the end had to block him for messaging me all the time about arranging viewings. the building is also super dirty and we had a roach issue he would not take care of.
