This building is a death trap and it needs to be demolished before people lose their lives like the two dogs and cat that died in that building due to an electrical fire , whats worse is the fact that there was a second fire on the roof of the building less than 24 hours after the first fire that blew out the roof of the building, the ceiling of a tenant on the top floor (concerns of landlord burning tenants out) still under investigation
