Really cute, grocery store down the street as well as a park.
I've seen someone get shot on my street. There is a building security problem, as anyone off the street would jam the front door and squat and smoke in the stairwell upstairs. The windowsills were leaky, causing a mold problem. Because of poor drainage, my ceiling ended up getting mold spots and ultimately falling in. The landlord is ... non-existent. To everything.
