liked our unit, size was good, living room was bigger than anywhere ive lived before in nyc
loud neighbors, strangers being let in and out of the building constantly, once had a homeless person sleeping in the hallway, we had an infestation of 5 mice all within one week and saw multiple roaches throughout the year. landlord often would not process our rent checks for months at a time
take peoples rent checks on time, fix your front door for more security, and stop using URINAL CAKES to "freshen up" the smell of your dirty hallways instead of actually cleaning.
In-unit washer drier. Location.
Abraham Schwartz is withholding our security deposit and is a total crook. The building is filthy outside of the unit, and the walls are thin, so the people living there play music loudly to drown each other out. The building is constantly smoky and smoke comes up out of the radiator. The landlord ignored our concerns.
