Amazing Landlord!
Pros
Hector, the landlord, is amazing!! He’s very friendly and responsive to texts/ phone calls. He comes around a few times a week to take out the trash and tend to any issues. He always comes to put down salt and shovel the snow during the winter. The apartments are renovated and have central air and heat. The apartment is located right across the street from a beautiful park. Street parking is pretty good and usually easy to find.
Cons
It’s a brownstone, so you can hear your neighbors footsteps when they’re waking upstairs or moving around furniture. The trash on the surrounding streets is annoying to see.
