Nice Neighborhood, Bad Management

Pros

It’s in a renovated brownstone right by the park on a nice block. Decent bright indirect light facing street.

Cons

Pest issue that management has not resolved. Have heard horror stories from people unable to get their security deposits back when moving out. Super is not very helpful. Walls are thin very easy to hear people above and below. Most tenants don’t stay for long. Wifi is problematic.

Advice to the owners

Improve the tenant experience, fix pest issues, make sure management staff is more responsive and helpful. Upgrade wifi options for building.
