the owner denies owning the building even though everything is findable via public records. the owner denies living in the building, but again does according to public records, as well as the fact that they go in and out of the same apartment through the week. the owner lied about the rental price in the listing, the owner also puts a clause in the lease stating that the deposit is non-refundable. the owner refuses to text or email and only calls from an unlisted number. the owner will enter your apartment with no notice. the hallways are filthy and the walls in the apartment were only patched not painted.
