Spacious apartment in loud building

Pros:
The apartments are actually very spacious with lots of storage space. The G train and a bunch of coffee shops are close by.
Cons:
The Management Company that owns the building is extremely unresponsive. The building Super died and the management company never updated tenants/ installed a new Super. One of the long term tenants blasts music from speakers for hours on end, during the work day, on random week nights and most weekends.
