God awful owner and management

Pros:
great location, great neighbors
Cons:
Terrible owners and management. We had a severe mice infestation for over 6 months, seeing 20-30 mice every day in the apartment at it’s peak and management was extremely unresponsive and would not remedy the situation until we withheld rent. We repeatedly told them about dangerous tree conditions in the backyard and they did nothing about it until a gigantic limb came down (narrowly missing me and destroying our neighbors property) in the backyard. Upon lease renewal they made us an offer double our rent ($2150/month to $4750/month) and when we left they never returned our $4000 deposit. We are currently still trying to get our deposit back and moved out 6 months ago.
