Nice place, ok neighborhood, owner sucks
Pros
The building was nice and renovated. Laundry is a plus.
Cons
The management company wasn't that great. I mean they're responsive but at the end of the lease they tried to keep my security by claiming hundreds of $$ for tiny scratches in the wall and also a pile of belongings that someone left on the back deck before I even lived there. Thankfully I had dated pictures that proved this and was able to get some of the deposit back. The neighborhood is a little sketch sometimes I was always hearing gunshots and stabbings happening within 2 blocks despite the police station being right there.
Advice to the owners
Stop ripping people's security deposits off
