Nice brownstone in Bedstuy

Pros:
Spacious common area and great neighborhood, nice backyard, accessible to G train and (somewhat farther) A train, kind landlord
Cons:
A bit older so things are worn, for example the steps up to the front door crumbling a bit. Ants invaded my room on 2nd floor on occasion but not often, more often the ground floor kitchen. The landlord Elaine is very kind but we would sometimes have to wait a few hours for her to show up, beyond the set appointment time.
Advice to owner:
None really, the tenants I lived with have been there for several years and love the space.
