Lied about bar opening, no heat for 1 month in dead of winter, no hot water frequently, horrific nudist obnoxious neighbors from hell. Bar and other units siphoned power resulting in $500 per month Con Ed bills. Building was broken into and management did not file police report.
100% criminal organization, predatory.
