    Bang for buck

    Pros:
    Building is pretty well maintained on the interior
    Decent prices
    Exterminator comes monthly. No major pest issues
    Cons:
    Super crazy high heat prices
    Took months to repair dirty water
    Pipes freeze extremely easily during the winter
