Pros:
location, next to b44 and trains, neighborhood
Cons:
neglectful management, things take over a month to get fixed even if they're emergencies (front door not closing, heat not working), they send people who do not know how to do repairs to try and fix things, building is a mess and extremely old, i'm telling you- it's not worth it
Advice to owner:
PLEASE respond to tenant's requests, especially if it is an immediate issue.

NO HEAT, NO WATER, ROACHES, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, the list can go on..... If something breaks- it will never get fixed. DO NOT RENT HERE!
