Don’t rent from them
Former Tenant
Pros:
it is a “modern” building with roof access and affordable rent
Cons:
here’s all the things that they didn’t fix: air conditioning (broken all summer) holes in the walls (that a contractor put there and they never closed it causing mice to enter) sink (water pressure) broken intercom oven just stopped working stoves do not light themselves faulty fire alarms there’s probably more, but that’s all the things currently broken that they haven’t addressed. we stopped trying to get them to fix things after a while because it would take so long and most of the time there was no response.
