It is decently priced, management is quick at responding, great location.
The heat does not really do much- luckily it has been a pretty mild winter. We had some very small cockroaches we spotted (management sent someone over right away and haven't seen any since.)
There isn't much that can be done about the heat- so overall I think it's a great find!
