Pros
Loved living here! The apartment on the top floor has very low ceiling but the price is amazing and everything else made it worth it. The neighborhood is lively and peaceful at the same time, you can actually hear birds chirping in the morning. The landlord is very very attentive and will help with everything. Everything is renovated, super clean and there is a microwave, dishwasher, and laundry in the basement.
Cons
Walls are a bit thin and the ceilings are low but that’s what you get for the great rent price.
