This apartment was spacious, and we loved the backyard. The neighbors are also very kind.
The heat was inconsistent in the winter, and we had recurring issues with mice in the apartment. Also, the downstairs hallway smelled like rat poop every time it rained.
The door that opens into the front yard could be replaced. Rats seemed to get into the vestibule through that door.
