Landlord is generally responsive with urgent management requests for maintenance
The common areas are extremely overdue in terms of upkeep. When moving in, my movers were concerned about the structural integrity of the wooden stairs and their ability to withstand the weight of them moving up my couch. Entrance is generally dusty and bad condition.
