Nothing just nothing at all.
He will not accommodate to your needs. Horrible service, only cares about getting his rent on time. Never came back to fix certain problems in the house after 30 days. Please do not waste your time renting from this man. You won’t even have access to your own mail. Won’t receive all your mail until the end of the month.
