renovated unit, wood floors, lots of light, storage, laundry in basement, dishwasher
Cons:
complete landlord negligence regarding unlivable issues, black mold and pest consumed unit on the top floor that should be condemned, broken heat often, mice even on the top floors, multiple roach infestations, tenant-on-tenant harassment, water damage, leaks UPDATE: tenant who harassed me into leaving threatened to shoot my movers with his gun the day I moved out, threatened me, and I learned he thinks the landlords are hiring people (me the chief among them) to use noise and banging on the floor to psychologically torture him into leaving his rent controlled apartment so they can sell the building, which is so beyond not true.
Advice to owner:
Prioritize the health and safety of your tenants or the tenant who threatened my movers is INCREASINGLY likely to harm somebody
