“Luxury” building in the hood
Pros
The apartment layout is nice, great windows and sunlight
Cons
You are pretty much in one of the worst areas of Flatbush. Neighbors are loud every single night. Roaches in basement due to not cleaning trash outside apartment. Elevator broke and was not fixed for weeks This is not a good neighborhood. You will get checked here if you’re walking alone at night. Worst of all, someone got shot outside this apartment in May 2023.
Advice to the owners
I understand your religious practices make you unable to be contacted on Saturdays but consider hiring someone who can especially when your tenants safety is at risk

Landlord is careless and unresponsive.
Pros
Balcony and small parking lot
Cons
Laundry is high and you have to use dryer 2x and pay 2x. Laundry room gets filled with smoke.
Advice to the owners
Get a property manager.
