Living here was too much work

Pros:
Great location in a great neighborhood, access to the roof
Cons:
Building management was beyond frustrating, moved slow, and hostile to deal with. Had pest problems and issues with carbon monoxide detectors going off due to gas leaks (had to call the fire department 4+ times.
Advice to owner:
Listen to tenets and resolve things in a timely manner

Pros:
Great location, spacious units
Cons:
There seems to be a moth infestation in the building. Every unit experienced pantry moths during the warmer months in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Building was exterminated in winter 2020.
Advice to owner:
Get more consistent with the general upkeep of the building! Hallways are often dusty and crusty.
