Great location, neighbors are awesome, owners keep to themselves and are generally nice people. It’s family owned.
Owners need to do some major upgrades especially on the floors and baseboards. They are generally pretty lazy about upkeep and pest control (bad big roach infestation). They will always try and do the cheapest repair, do it themselves instead of hiring professionals, and don’t clean up after themselves.
