Convenient location, management fairly responsive to problems

Cons

Like many places, management will fix things but don't expect an entirely professional job.

Do you like rats?

Pros

I really can’t think of anything .., I guess good coffee shops nearby

Cons

Avoid the building like the plague. 9 violations says it all. These is a legit slumlord. Rats, rats everywhere the size of a small cat. Also the rudest management staff.

I don’t have any advice I hope the city steps in to investigate
