Very Welcoming Home

Pros:
all the tenets are very kind, mail never gets lost, landlord deals with issues very quickly, feels safe walking in, great natural light from my experience, easy to control the heat in the apartment
Cons:
the buzzer doesn’t work, the outside of the building could use some cute touches, walls need painted in the stairway
Advice to owner:
wonderful home, definitely be ready to not have a buzzer though hahaha...low key j kinda like it because then i feel like i’m personally greeting all my guests
