Cute and Charming Studio
Pros
2008-2014, This was my first apartment but I loved the alcove shape of the studio. The beautiful mantle with vintage mirror, high ceiling and windows. The block was quiet and a beautiful tree lined street. Overall my experience was good. I lived there for 3.5 years, the landlord only raised rent once, 25.00.
Cons
No washer/dryer or updated amenities (at the time- this may be updated since). There was a roach and mouse issue during that time too. No real closet or closed cabinets. Far walk from train. No individual mail box.
Advice to the owners
I hope the rodent issue was up to date. Overall nice man with a beautiful growing family.
