I have spent much time here (about 4 months) and it has a dishwasher (too energetically costly to consider using), a washer/dryer, and access to a dirt patch of a backyard. That is all I can say good about this place.
Cons:
This building is absolutely filthy with no posted adherence to regulations, which leads me to believe they are not following them. There is extreme leakage from the ceilings on MULTIPILE instances, leading to flooding. The super refuses to schedule a time to fix anything, especially the URGENT leakage, which is causing molding. The building is frequently below 50 degrees and the energy bill for the "supplied" heating units is in the hundreds, despite the landlord's obligation to keep the unit within livable temperatures. Renters do not have access to the lease and are ignored by the landlord when they ask about this matter. Finally, rooms are not cleaned out after someone moved, yet an $800 "cleaning fee" was taken, though a TENNENT CLEANED THE ROOM FOR FREE.
Advice to owner:
Do better please.
