Run away as far as you can

Pros:
Hard to find - the spaces looks nice as you will get a whole floor. But the problems will comes by millions.
Cons:
Mice ( by the dozen ) mold , broken windows ( and the landlord don’t care to fix it so you will live in polar coats during winter how nice )
Electricity scam , humidity levels around 80% ( legal is <44%)
Advice to owner:
To sell it to someone who would care about their building and the tenants.
