Not a Bad Spot to Be
Pros
Pretty solid location (close to the trains) and a short walk to the gym, grocery stores, laundry and coffee shops + restaurants. The neighborhood is getting nicer too.
Cons
Neighbors play loud music most of the nights and are constantly fighting late and night and having screaming matches into the early morning. Packages get stolen constantly if not picked up and brought inside quickly. The mailmen don't put any of the mail in the proper mailboxes.
Advice to the owners
Cleaning up the outside of the building wouldn't be a bad idea, but overall, it's been great living here.
