Avoid landlord at all costs

Pros:
-cheap rent
-good location
-ancient stoves were just replaced with newer ones
Cons:
-haven’t had hot water since end of December, it’s now June 14
-landlord isn’t responsive about repairs
-when he does do repairs, it’s an unqualified person doing repairs
-garbage in hallways
-stairwell and lobby are messy
-very old building
Advice to owner:
Pay attention to your tenants. They pay you money!
