Generally great experience
Pros
Generally a well-maintained building with a lot of classic/preserved design elements and nice individual units. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. Every tenant I interacted with was generally kind and respectful.
Cons
The roof is unfinished and seems a bit unsafe. There were sometimes pretty foul odors from either the sewage/plumbing or in the basement, where the trash and recycling was kept.
Advice to the owners
Finish the roof! It could be a really great amenity.
