    Bad landlords and management

    Pros:
    Central location, close to public transport
    Cons:
    The building sold and ever since the building management has been awful, engaged in illegal intimidation and threatening of tenants, displacing tenants, there are giant roaches infesting the building, and the street is extremely noisy.
    Advice to owner:
    Treat tenants like human beings.
