Great apartment, they kept all the old trimmings which is rare. They were on top of repairs.
The upstairs neighbors treated the entire common hallway area as their living room, pacing outside my apartment yelling on the phone. Once I started transitioning they got somewhat hostile to me and would stomp outside my door.
