Simple, no frills, but home

Pros:
Building was filled with lovely people. Apartment was nicely, if a bit shoddily, maintained. Fairly responsive management- might take a few days or even an email or two to get a hold of someone but eventually you would.
Cons:
Common space leaves a lot to be desired, you really feel like they're just waiting for everyone to leave to gut the whole place (and probably charge a bunch more), and they'll even tell you that.

Building super never introduced himself, took me months of wondering who this guy always hanging around the building was!
