    Great place to live

    Love the neighborhood and building owner is very responsive
    Cons:
    Laundry needs quarters

    Ideal landlord that isn't around unless you need something fixed
    Cons:
    Landlord doesn't always give a heads up when work is done on the building. Not a big deal but can make for noisey wfh days some times.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it up!
