Review Summary for 162 Halsey Street
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenants praise the convenient location and adequate space of the 2-bedroom units at 162 Halsey Street. While the building maintains cleanliness and effective garbage management, sporadic roach sightings are a concern. The responsiveness of the management team, consistent heat and water supply, and absence of pests are appreciated. However, noise and safety issues on the block, coupled with minor maintenance issues like plumbing and lighting, are noted drawbacks. Overall, the building is recommended for its positives, but improvements in noise control and safety measures are suggested by residents.
