Tenant Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautifully renovated brownstone with sturdy appliances and well thought out renovation. Street is really quite, lots of natural light. Landlord is really nice, responsive and reasonable. Neighbors are friendly, residential street with lots of long standing tenants Super is responsive and fixes things in a timely manner free of charge Very close to mta and grocery/restaurants Really nice place to live!
Cons:
Walls between units are paper thin - can hear neighbors a lot. Halls and common areas are rarely cleaned. Kitchen in unit is very small No laundry in building / unit
