Great Landlord, Terrible Water Pressure

Pros

Landlord, Mr Ali, is a super nice man and very responsive to all issues. The location is a super busy once but being in a rear facing unit, it was not noisy. The apartment had good space and I was happy with the W/D in-unit. Overall, would definitely recommend the building and the landlord if you like Bed-Stuy and don’t mind living on a busy street.
