Like living in times sq w/out lights/attractions

Pros:
Its close to the train station
Cons:
Can you say slumlord. Never once fixed anything. No heat in the winter, hot water constantly went out, had roaches/rats. Multiple times caught attempting to break into a apartment when resident wasn't home. He would get drunk every night and blast music and also throw wild parties. He has a motorcycle he would rev non stop in the front after midnight. He would invite all his friends (the local drug dealers) to party/fight/cuss/traffic drugs every night ALL NIGHT. In the morning he would start it back up. Would see him smashing bottles littering the place , as well as leaving HUMAN feces all over. Oh and the whole corner smelled like pee as well. Landlord was alcoholic and was prone to aggressive behavior toward tenants/ tries to extort money and stole packages. Also would let strangers into building to walk around and do drugs in hallway, as well as harboring criminals that are suspects in local shootings.Lastly he is homophobic and extremely vocal about it.
Advice to owner:
Go to rehab and sell your property.
