    Cozy Building with Responsive Management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    New appliances, close to the Nostrand AC subway, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath layout, very responsive management who handles issues in a timely manner
    Cons:
    Noise from the streets can be loud at times, garbage needs to be thrown out in the streets
