Great space and friendly neighbors

Pros:
The spaces/rooms a great, the area is wonderful, rent isn’t expensive yet.
Cons:
Pests in the building, the stairwell hasn’t been cleaned in at least 4 years, garbage can get out of control

Tri Hill Management sucks

Pros:
The people are great, the apartment I live in is great.
Cons:
Tri-Hill management will not respond to you. I've been trying to talk to someone in management for weeks. After several emails, and phone calls, voicemails, I get no response.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the people who are paying your bills.
