    Worst management in Brooklyn
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    great neighborhood and great location
    Cons:
    no super, no on call repair people and no trash management, they are extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. There was a gas leak in the building and they never let us know and took over a month to fix it
    Advice to owner:
    do better
