Apartments have tons space and natural light, nice area, not too far from Manhattan. Quiet street.
Cons:
Management takes forever to respond and hard to reach. Many things in the apartment were broken, not working, very dirty. Roaches. Loud neighbors.
Advice to owner:
Get a super and clean the apartments fully before new tenants move in

Convenient to trains Super Foodtown is amazing
Cons:
Mice Garbage gets thrown into the street? Never met anyone from management, had to coordinate exterminator and getting work done on apartment by ourselves. Fridge broke halfway through lease and it took them 3 weeks to respond / get us a new fridge (feels illegal?)
