Proximity to Subway Shared backyard space (even though there’s lots of bugs) Decent Layouts Nice Neighboors

Cons

Cleanliness (building is dirty and never gets cleaned) Poor rushed construction (leaks, unsealed showers, holes walls, doors that don’t close properly, windows that don’t open properly)

Advice to the owners
