Negligent landlords made this place a bummer

Pros

Beautiful bones to an old brownstone.

Cons

The landlords stopped caring about garbage collection or any type of building maintenance. Eventually national grid shut off the buildings heat and hot water due to an illegal reno they did years before and they took zero responsibility for it, not reimbursing anyone for rent/ inconvenience and not fixing the issue for months.
