    Solid choice for apartment building

    Clean, no pest issues
    Cons:
    Issues with the ceiling above the shower leaking

    Follow up that Super answers cases

    Clean and updated building, but mice.

    Updated and Renovated.
    Cons:
    had mice and a leaky roof. Roof was fixed, mice were harder to manage.

    Actively take care of the rodent issue.
