Pros:
Conveniently located near A/C subway line, access to many stores and restaurants.
Cons:
They definitely control the heat in the winter. Half-a**ed job when it comes to pest control.

Management sucks badly

I love the neighborhood and the other tenants. Objectively, the units are great
Cons:
Management sucks, the backyard is unusable, and again management sucks

Be less abrasively negligent
