Nice features in each room with exposed brick, lots of kitchen storage and counter space, lots of sunlight in all the rooms, appliances are up to date and building is overall maintained well
Poor insulation on windows, common space is a bit small, laundry machines are small and dryer takes long to warm up, front door does not always fully shut.
